Return for a Refund

Currently we do not offer an exchange policy. Refund only.

  • Items must be in original condition and fit for resale.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Items received back after 14 days of receipt, will not be processed.
  • Any items that have been personalised are non-returnable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

How to make a return

Complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and return the item(s) and Retrun Form to:

Notice of Refund

  • Once your items are returned, you will receive a notification of your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued once we have received your returned item(s).
  • Please note refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Received a Faulty Item?

We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty item! There’s no need to return the item to us at this stage.

Unfortunately, we’re only able to help if you purchased your item(s) from us directly. If you purchased from a third-party retailer or reseller, we’d recommend contacting them directly.

If you’ve purchased your item from our official web store skinshieldscrubs.com or a Skin Shield Scrubs event/pop-up, send us a message and we’ll look into this for you.

Please send our Customer Support Team:

– Your name and email address
– Order number
– Item name/description

Photos that show:

  1. The fault as clearly as possible
  2. Full-length photo of the item
  3. The SkinShieldScrubs logo and label

All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
